Discovery Phase: We Listen . . . Either via phone or in person, we meet with you to begin the Discovery Phase of the process. If you work with a team or staff, we bring the stakeholders together as a team to gather input, then meet with each person individually to compare the individual’s input with that of the teams. If you work alone, we try to get inside your head so we can envision YOUR vision.
Analysis Phase: Depending on what we learn in the Discovery Phase, we move into analytics. This phase varies per project . . . and could involve actual website analytics, process evaluation, personality testing, website copy evaluation . . . who knows what the Discovery Phase will lead us to?
Problem-Solving Phase: Based on the Discovery and Analysis Phases, we begin to craft solutions to your most immediate problems, and (if desired) processes to address growth on a long-term basis.
Reporting Phase: And of course, we’ll present you with a report of our findings, deliverables, or suggested solutions and recommended action steps to meet your goals.
